Sherwood Dental Care reflects the preventive philosophy
of its owner and founder, Dr. Steven D. Collins, Sr..
Dr. Collins Sr. graduated from the LSU school of Dentistry
and has practiced family dental care in Baton Rouge for
over twenty-six years. He is a member of the American
Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and
the American Academy of General Dentistry. In addition
to required continuing education, Dr. Collins Sr. has
completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate training
in the field of cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. These
courses have included highly advanced training from the
world's leading cosmetic dental instructors.
Dr. Steven D. Collins, Jr. is a graduate of Catholic High School, Louisiana
State University, and LSU School of Dentistry .He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa
national honor society and Golden Key national honor society. Dr. Collins, Jr.
is also a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association, Louisiana Dental
Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
