Affordable Full Mouth Reconstruction

Is it possible to get an affordable dentist for a full-mouth reconstruction? I haven’t been to a dentist in years. Now I have missing teeth, broken teeth, and a few decaying teeth. I bit the bullet and went to the dentist because I started finding my smile embarrassing and it was affecting how seriously people took me. The dentist recommended a full mouth reconstruction. It sounds like it would make my smile look really great, but the cost was well beyond anything I could afford. Is it possible to find an affordable dentist to do that?

While we may have been wisely warned that “the love of money is the root of all evil”, having some when you need it really comes in handy. Before you decide to invest in this, I’d like you to get a second opinion. Some dentists even offer free second opinions, so it won’t cost you anything but time. A full-mouth reconstruction is most often used with patients struggling with severe TMJ. It’s not often needed for dental neglect.

You’re likely able to fix your teeth and make them look attractive for a lot less money using a combination of other procedures. If, however, it turns out you do need a full-mouth reconstruction, I would certainly not just look for an “affordable dentist”, if by affordable you mean cheap. This is such an advanced procedure that most dentists don’t even do them. It takes a significant amount of post-graduate training.

If it’s not done correctly it can mess up your bite so intensively you’d be in constant pain. While I’m all for finding affordable dental care, this is one area where I’d say, find the best dentist and work out payment plans.

Affordable Procedures to Get Your Teeth in Shape

The first thing I’d do is have your dentist list out what needs to be done to save the teeth you currently have. Great teeth replacement options, like dental implants, are pricey. It’s much cheaper to save the tooth.

It’s likely some of your really decayed teeth will need dental crowns. All-porcelain crowns are beautiful and natural looking when done by an artistic dentist. But, if your natural teeth are stained, which I suspect they are, you will want to get your teeth whitened first. That will allow the dentist to match the crowns to your gorgeous new white teeth.

After the whitening is done, crowns and dental bonding for the broken teeth will give you an attractive smile which is sure to get people’s attention.

Getting Past Dental Anxiety

Those who avoid the dentist for years usually do so out of dental fear. You’ve already done the hardest part and taken the steps to actually see the dentist. I want to tell you a way to make it more pleasant during your upcoming procedures. Sedation Dentistry will allow you to be completely relaxed and get a significant amount of work done in just one appointment, saving you time.

I hope this helps.
