My dentures have been loose for months

I’m having a problem with my dentures, upper and lower. I’ve had problems with them for 8 months. I gag when they are in and they won’t stay in place. Most denture adhesives don’t hold them secure enough. I’ve even tried super glue in the past and that didn’t work either. I know it’s crazy but I am desperate and embarrassed. I have repeatedly talked to my dentist about it but he is clueless as to what to do. – Rhonda C.

Standard dental implants will give your dentures the most secure fit. The more implants there are, the more stable your dentures will be. If standard implants are not within your budget, mini implants are more affordable, and they will keep your dentures from slipping or falling out.

Implants will also prevent your jawbone from shrinking with time. Jawbone shrinkage makes dentures increasingly loose, until the bone will no longer support a denture.
